How Inflatable Repair Works at Our Longview Shop
How does inflatable repair work at Funtastic Events?
You call 214-679-3356 and describe the damage, and Anthony tells you what the repair involves, what it will cost, and how long it should take. You then bring the inflatable to our Longview, Texas shop, and you pick it up when the work is done. Some repairs can be done the same day. Because customers drive in from Dallas, Fort Worth, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, call first so the repair can be planned around your trip.
From the First Call to Pickup
Repairs happen at our shop, and you are in the loop at each step.
Call and describe the damage
Call 214-679-3356 and tell us what kind of inflatable you have and where the damage is. How big is the hole or tear, and where on the unit is it? Any other problem you have noticed helps too.
Get a quote and a timeline
Every inflatable is different, so repairs are quoted by phone once we know what is involved. We tell you what the repair will take and how long it should take, so there are no surprises.
Bring it to our Longview shop
Our shop is at 1200 W Loop 281 #7, Longview, TX 75604, open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM. Call first so we know you are coming. Dry and clean is best, because a wet or dirty surface makes a repair harder to do well.
We repair it and you pick it up
Anthony sews, patches, and replaces what needs it. When it is finished, you pick up your inflatable at the shop, ready to go back to work.
Planning Your Trip
Our customers come from one to five hours away, and a little planning makes the trip easy and worthwhile.
Call before you leave
A quick call lets us confirm what the repair will involve and whether it can be finished the same day. Ask about same day work when you call.
Bring the whole unit
Roll the inflatable up so it travels well, and bring along anything else that goes with it that you want checked. Tell us about any damage you have noticed beyond the main problem.
Ask what else to look at
While your unit is in the shop, it is a good time to ask about seams, mesh, and velcro elsewhere on it. We would rather catch a small problem now than have you bring it back.
What We Repair
We repair bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and combo units. Typical work includes patching holes, sewing split seams, replacing mesh, and replacing velcro. Read more about bounce house repair, water slide repair, and commercial inflatable repair for rental companies.
