Do you deliver party rentals to my city?
Most likely, yes. We deliver to Longview and these 15 cities: Big Sandy, Carthage, Diana, Gilmer, Gladewater, Hallsville, Henderson, Jacksonville, Jefferson, Kilgore, Liberty City, Lindale, Marshall, Tyler, and White Oak. We also serve smaller towns between them, including Ore City, Judson, Lakeport, Tatum, Beckville, and Fair Play. Not sure about your address? Call 214-679-3356.
Every City We Deliver To
Cities are listed alphabetically, with approximate drive distances from our Longview shop. Every city has its own page for bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, and trackless trains.
How Delivery Day Works
Our crew handles the heavy lifting, so the only thing you need to do is get the yard ready and enjoy the party.
You pick the date and spot
Order online or call, choose where the rental will go, and tell us about the surface and the nearest outlet.
We call the Friday before
If your setup falls early in the day, we call the Friday before to confirm someone will be at the party location.
We arrive one to three hours early
Setup does not count against your rental time. On busy days we may need up to four hours, so your full rental time is yours to play.
We pick it up when the fun is done
When your rental time ends, our crew returns to deflate, load, and clear everything from your yard.
What We Need at Your Location
A little preparation at your end keeps setup fast and safe. Each rental page lists its exact setup area, and the sizes include room for stakes.
Space and a clear path
Measure your space before you book, and leave room for stakes and the blower so the unit does not rub walls or trees. Our units can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need at least 4 feet of access to the spot. Stairs or a tiered yard? Call us and we will work out options.
The right surface
We set up on grass, which is best for kids, as well as dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on any type of rocks, because the constant rubbing wears through the vinyl.
Power and water
The blower needs to stay plugged in the whole time, so we require an outlet within 50 feet or a generator, and we bring heavy duty cords. Water slides and wet courses also need a garden hose hookup nearby.
Parks, Schools, Churches, and Backyards
We set up at all of them. Backyards are the most common, and we also deliver to church grounds, school fields, company picnics, and city events.
Planning a party at a park? Most parks do not have electricity, so you will need to rent a generator from us. Parks are also first come, first served, so claim your spot early in the day.
