About Funtastic Events, Longview's Family Owned Party Rental Company
Who is Funtastic Events?
Funtastic Events is a family owned party rental company based in Longview, Texas. We rent more than 60 inflatables and party rentals and we serve Longview and 15 nearby East Texas cities, from White Oak and Kilgore to Tyler, Marshall, and Jacksonville. Our crew handles delivery, setup, and pickup, so you can enjoy the party.
What Makes Us Jump
All my life I have enjoyed helping others enjoy the benefits of having a good time. As a prior entertainer and voice for things that are right, making people smile and feel good inside pumps me up.
We absolutely thrive on bringing the order of fun to help cut through the chaos. Cleanliness and being timely are only the start of our endless effort to give the best customer service ever.
Having good clean fun with family, friends, and coworkers is always a positive. We want to be a part of helping everyone achieve greatness in positivity.
How We Run Every Rental
The details are what separate a smooth party from a stressful one. Here is what you can count on every time we pull up.
Clean after every single rental
We clean and disinfect each unit after every rental, so the inflatable that shows up at your party is ready for kids to jump on. If you have rented a dirty jump somewhere else, you will notice the difference.
We arrive early so you get all your time
Setup time is never counted against your rental. We generally arrive one to three hours before your start time, and on busy days we may need as much as four hours, so we call the Friday before to confirm someone will be there.
Trained crew, clear safety rules
Our crew sets up, anchors, and picks up every rental. Trains always run with one of our trained conductors. You sign and initial our safety rules at booking so you are ready to be the operator while the party is on.
